1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all tags, manuals, and accessories.

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Products damaged due to improper use or mishandling after delivery.

  • Items purchased during special sales or clearance offers (unless defective).

  • Products with missing original packaging or accessories.


2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@collectict.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Include the following details:

  • Your Order ID

  • Reason for return

  • Photos or video showing the issue (if applicable)

Our team will verify your request and guide you through the return process.


3. Return Pickup and Shipping

Once your return is approved:

  • We will schedule a pickup through our courier partner at your delivery address.

  • Please ensure the item is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

  • In certain cases, you may be asked to self-ship the product to our warehouse; any prepaid shipping charges will be reimbursed if the return is valid.


4. Inspection and Approval

After we receive the returned item, it will undergo a quality inspection.

  • If approved, a replacement or refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • If the item does not meet return criteria, it will be shipped back to you without a refund.


5. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be issued using your original payment method:

  • Prepaid orders (UPI, cards, wallets, etc.): Refunded within 5–7 business days.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refunds issued via bank transfer or UPI, once bank details are shared.

Please note: Shipping or COD convenience fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.


6. Replacement Policy

If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund for a defective or damaged item, we’ll ship a new product after verifying your return. Replacement is subject to product availability.


7. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only. Once shipped, cancellations are not accepted. You may still request a return after delivery under the conditions above.
